UPDATE 9: Nov 12th 03:15 hrs
DNA Results To Be Known Next Week, Says IGP; November 12, 2006 00:22 AM

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 12 (Bernama) -- Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan said Saturday results of the DNA tests in the investigation of the gruesome murder of Altantuya Shaariibu @ Aminah, 28, would be known next week. "So far, the police cannot confirm whether the remains were of Altantuya until the DNA test results are known," he told reporters after an inspector trainee squad alumni ceremony here. The police took blood samples from six people to assist in the investigation of the killing of the Mongolian freelance model who was believed to have been shot dead, and her body blown up with explosives at Tasik Subang Dam, Puncak Alam, Shah Alam, some two weeks ago. Those who took the DNA tests were the victim's parents Shaariibuu Mash-Muj and Altansetseg, both in their 50's, and four detainees, namely a political analyst, 46, a police chief inspector, a female lance corporal and a constable. The test was to determine the identity of the victim, whose remains were collected by the forensic unit at the dam area several days ago. Asked how soon would the police resolve the case, Musa replied: "Give us some time."

Altantunya's Family Believes She Is Still Alive ; November 11, 2006 18:41 PM

PETALING JAYA, Nov 11 (Bernama) -- The family of Mongolian model, Altantuya Shaariibuu @ Aminah, 28, who is believed to have been gruesomely murdered two weeks ago, strongly believes that she is still alive. Altantuya's father Shariibuu Setev, who arrived here yesterday, in his first meeting with the press here today, said that it was still too early to assume that the skeletal remains found by the police a week ago at a secluded spot near the Subang Dam in Puncak Alam, Shah Alam is Altantunya's. "We have to wait for the DNA results to prove that it is her's.

Altantuya's father Shariibuu Setev( ABOVE Right) spoke in Mongolian and was translated by AMY (Left) and the Consul announced the remarks

Until today I and my family believe that she is still alive...we are hoping that the remains that were found are not her's. "At the moment we can't ascertain anything, as the police only managed to find fragments of bones. Wait until the police complete their investigations," the teary eyed 56-year-old told a packed crowd of reporters and photographers at Mongolian Honarary Consul's office in Sunway Damansara, here. Shariibuu, who is also National University of Mongolia's Centre of Information and Education director, described his daughter as a loving, educated, caring and adorable person, and that he did not expect such a thing could have happened to her. He said that Altantuya was a graduate teacher who also worked as a translator in Ulaan Bataar (Mongolia's capital) as she was proficient in English, Russian, Mandarin and Mongolian languages. She had lived in Russia until 12 years old. "My daughter also worked in a travel agency and as a part time model. She used to travel overseas for business engagements. "The last time I saw her was on Oct 7 before she left Mongolia and after that I tried calling her several times but failed to contact her," he said. Shaariibuu said that he was satisfied with the way the Malaysian police were investigating the case and hoped that the probe would be transparent and thorough. He said that he had come on the invitation of the Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Musa Hassan, to help facilitate investigations into the case.

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 10 (Bernama) -- The prominent political analyst remanded to assist police investigation in the gruesome murder of Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu @ Aminah, 28, was Friday taken to the Kuala Lumpur Hospital (HKL) for DNA sample testing. Dressed in a short sleeve short, the analyst who was unkempt wore a worried face as he alighted from the blue police four-wheeled drive (4WD) vehicle at the HKL emergency department at 11.55am accompanied by three policemen. On arrival, they rushed into the emergency department, much to the dismay of a posse of local journalists and photographers who had been waiting for new developments on the case.

A police Chief Inspector, a constable and a woman Lance Corporal, remanded over the same case arrived in a white van just minutes later. A police source said the analyst and three police personnel were taken to HKL so that testing on their DNA samples could be done as part of the ongoing investigation. Pressmen who had waited since early morning for new developments on the murder case were once again frustrated when the suspects left HKL using the rear exit at
1.45pm.

The hospital and police refused to give details as to when and where testing of the DNA samples were conducted. Thursday, the magistrate's court remanded until Monday, two private investigators to assist police in the investigation under Section 506 of the Penal Code, for extortion. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi was also concerned with the case and asked police to conduct a thorough investigation of the high-profile case followed keenly by the foreign media. Meanwhile, the honorary consul of Mongolia in Malaysia, Datuk Syed Abdul Rahman al-Habshi arrived early at the City Police Headquarters here Friday to have his statement recorded. Syed Abdul Rahman arrived around 7.30am in a police car to give his statement on the 28-year-old model, whose gruesome murder has been tied to the political analyst whom she alleged had a relationship with. He did not leave until around 12.45 in the afternoon, when a black Mercedes with heavily tinted windows was seen entering the police headquarters. Reporters who have been waiting over six hours for the chance to interview him was deeply disappointed when he promptly got into the car and left some 20 minutes later. When contacted by Bernama later, Syed Abdul Rahman said he had given full cooperation to the police and relevant information requested including that on the victim, her family and their arrival.

from AP interview

Syed Abdul Rahman Alhabshi, citing accounts from two cousins of the woman, said she had been Abdul Razak's lover but not the father of her 16-month-old son. "I can confirm that the son is not Razak Baginda's son ...
Altantuya also never said that," he said. "Yes, they were lovers. They travelled to
Europe, to Shanghai, China, Hong Kong, South Africa ... Her parents sent me the itinerary of the travel." He said Abdul Razak had paid for Altantuya to visit Malaysia in 2005. The consul said Altantuya re-entered Malaysia on October 6 intending to ask Abdul Razak for money to send her sick son for surgery in South Korea. "She was desperate because she wanted the child to have a cure. She comes from a good family, so she didn't do this. Whatever they say is not true," he said, referring to reports she had tried to blackmail the analyst. The consul said Altantuya, who disappeared on October 19, had tracked down Abdul Razak's home and office addresses using a private detective and that he had tried to avoid her. "They only managed to talk through the telephone," Syed Abdul Rahman said. "Maybe he wanted to end the relationship because this is his country. He's a reputable man." An articulate academic respected in Malaysia and abroad for his defence and politics analyses, Abdul Razak was educated in Britain. According to reports here he is married with one daughter.

Murder of Mongolian model sparks calls for independent inquiry

KUALA LUMPUR AFP 10/11/2006 11:09

Rights groups and opposition politicians in Malaysia have demanded an independent investigation into the death of a Mongolian model whose body was blown up with hand grenades. The murder of Altantuya Shaariibuu, whose lover's political connections stretch to the top of the government, would shake public confidence in law enforcement, said Lim Kit Siang, an opposition lawmaker with the Democratic Action Party. "An independent investigation is very urgent so that there will be no room for the emergence of a culture of immunity for any wrong," Lim told АFР. "It does not speak well for the government," he said. He said the case also raised concerns about the "easy availability" of explosives. The model, 28, was kidnapped outside the home of Abdul Razak Baginda, who heads the Malaysian Strategic Research Centre think-tank. She was killed and her remains blown up with hand grenades and found in an isolated area south of the capital Kuala Lumpur. She disappeared on October 19. Abdul Razak, 46, was detained Tuesday as part of the police investigation and is being held in custody until Sunday. Three members of Malaysia's police force have also been arrested for alleged involvement in the murder along with two private investigators, the Star newspaper said Friday.

Mongolia's honourary consul Syed Abdul Rahman Alhabshi said the murdered woman's father had brought a blood sample to Malaysia to help investigators determine if the "bit and pieces of flesh and bones" found at the crime scene belonged to his daughter. "The police had recovered her watch, ring and earrings at the scene," he told АFР. "I am confident there will be no cover-up. Those involved in the murder must be punished severely," he said. The slaying has rocked the political establishment because the analyst, who had been the model's lover, is connected to a number of senior politicians including deputy premier Najib Razak, who is also defence minister.
Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi vowed Thursday there would be no cover-up over the murder. He said he had told Inspector-General of Police Musa Hassan "that he will have to investigate thoroughly and properly and follow the due process". "Nobody is above the law, that is important to remember," he said. " Whoever is found guilty, action will be taken according to the due process of law." Lim described the episode as a serious breakdown of law and order.

"This Mongolian case has raised a lot of concern and the easily availability of sensitive and dangerous materials. Something is very wrong in our society."

He called on the government to follow through with a pledge to set up an independent police complaints and misconduct commission. S. Arutchelvan, coordinator with the rights group Voice of the Malaysian People (SUARAM) added his voice to calls for a commission despite opposition from the police.

"How can they obtain the explosives so easily?" he said, adding that the case had sparked public concern. "We demand an independent inquiry. The public is worried ... the way it is done with so much confidence that the perpetrators believe the crime will not be found out," he said. Hatta Ramli, a member of the powerful central committee of the Islamic Party (PAS), said an independent body should be established to investigate the murder, and specifically the use of explosives in the attempt to dispose of the body.

"An independent inquiry into the misuse of explosives is urgently needed," he added.

Political analyst remanded in model's murder probe; from S U N
Charles Ramendran & R. Surenthira Kumar

KUALA LUMPUR (Nov 8, 2006): The probe into the murder of a Mongolian model has deepened, with investigators revealing Hollywood-like drama shocks, twists and turns in events before her death. While the plot and motives of the murder are being determined and pieced together, several private investigators hired by the victim and the political analyst's wife are now playing a role in providing crucial information to the police. Sources said the analyst's wife had hired a private eye early last month to monitor her husband's movements, after she suspected that he could be two timing her. However, the private eye is believed to have two-timed her instead when he joined ranks with her husband, who allegedly doubled the fee he was earning from his wife. Sources said the private investigator was also given another task by the analyst - to spy on the Mongolian woman, Altantuya Shaariibuu, also known as Anna Ana Ang. Sources said she had also hired the services of private investigators to track down the analyst, who evaded her after she arrived in Malaysia in early October. When the probe into her death began following a police report over her disappearance, it was the victim's private eye who had the information which has since led to the progress of investigations into the case. One private investigator, who was hired by Ang, helped her cousin sister lodge a police report after her disappearance on Oct 19, the day she is believed to have been killed. Police have recorded a statement from all the private investigators involved in the case. Sources said with the four people in detention - the analyst, a police chief inspector and two corporals - the police are expected to be able to solve the case. The bone fragments, which included the backbone, knee-cap and ribs, recovered by forensics teams from the Subang Dam in Puncak Alam, Shah Alam, will be sent to the Chemistry Department to confirm if they belong to Ang. At least one immediate family member of the victim is expected to arrive in Malaysia to have blood samples taken for a DNA match.

Meanwhile, at the Kuala Lumpur Hospital at around 1.30pm, the black Mercedes ridden by Syed Abdul Rahman was spotted by the media in front of the morgue a little too late. The car was mobbed by photographers hoping to get a photograph of Altantuya's father, who was believed to also be in the car at that time. However, no one was able to confirm. Altantuya was believed to have been shot before her body was blown up at Puncak Alam, Shah Alam nearly two weeks ago. On Nov 9, a political analyst have been remanded and is being investigated for abduction and wrongfully confining the victim. Three police personnel have also been remanded for investigation. Two of them are from the Special Action Squad and the other a woman lance corporal from the Petaling Jaya anti-vice unit. Altantuya arrived in Malaysia on Oct 9 with her sister and friend and had allegedly blackmailed the political analyst whom she had a relationship with, after he ended the affair. She appeared at his house in Damansara Heights three weeks ago but was prevented from seeing the analyst by security guards. She was last seen bundled into a car by two men and a woman. Altantuya's family is claiming that the relationship was mutual, backed with holidays together around Europe and South Africa, disproving the idea of blackmail. Her father has arrived from Mongolia Thursday night to ascertain if the remains found in Puncak Alam are that of his daughter's.

MONGOLIAN MURDER: CORRECT NAME: Altantuya Shaariibuu @ Aminah; Another TWO Private INVESTIGATORS Remanded : SUSPECT INVESTIGATED Under (Section 365) –for Kidnapping & Illegal Detention – 7 Years Jail ONLY; SUSPECT Lawyers issued GAG Order (Directed at Mongolian Consul Interview)
Today there are interesting developments and information:

1. The correct Legal name of ANNA is used: Altantuya Shaariibuu @ Aminah; as Anna is her modeling name.
2 The remanding of the two new investigators was necessary as they can help in the police investigations as reports indicated they were used to make demands from the suspect.
3
But the dumbest thing is WHY the police are investigating the suspect for KIDNAPPING and NOT MURDER!
4 Baby Suffering from “hydrocephalus" (excess fluid on the head).
5. The “Gag Order” from the suspect’s lawyers. Has the court case started that we cannot say anything?

6. The call by the Prime Minister for "thorough investigation" is timely otherwise the image is worst then a "police state" - at the point of a gun is the only law.

So THINKING Privately is ALLOWED, But THINKING ALOUD (SAYING It) IS NOT Allowed. - considered subjudice – the legal term. But if the case is being investigated; WHY NOT? Just the actual facts, UNtwisted as public has also the RIGHT to know. But by all means - GUESS; who done it? Give your opinions! What do you think No subjudice here.

Altantuya Murder: Two Private Investigators Remanded For Five Days; November 09, 2006 17:44 PM
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 9 (Bernama) -- The Magistrate's Court here Thursday granted police a five-day remand order to detain two private investigators to assist investigations into the gruesome murder of a freelance Mongolian model Altantuya Shaariibuu @ Aminah. Magistrate Ahmad Solihin Abdul Wahid allowed the application by police to detain the two men until Monday under Section 506 of the Penal Code for criminal intimidation. The remand of the two men, aged 46 and 35, brings to six people detained for questioning in connection with the high-profile murder, including a prominent political analyst, believed to have a private relationship with Altantuya. The investigators, one of them a former policeman, was arrested at the Kuala Lumpur police contingent headquarters at 3.45pm Wednesday. Wednesday, the same court issued a five-day remand order on the 46-year-old political analyst, who heads a local think-tank, to facilitate investigations into the abduction of the woman with the intention to confine her.

He is being investigated under Section 365 of the Penal Code, for kidnapping with the intention to secretly or wrongfully confining the woman, which carries a jail term of up to seven years, upon conviction. On the same day, the remand period for a chief inspector from the elite Special Action Force or better known as "Unit Tindakan Khas (UTK), and a woman lance corporal from the Petaling Jaya district police headquarters was extended by another week in connection with the murder. On Tuesday, a police constable was remanded for seven days for the same purpose. The three police personnel are being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder, which carries the mandatory death sentence, if convicted. Altantuya, 28, from Ulan Bator, Mongolia, is believed to have been shot dead before her body was blown up into bits with three hand grenades in a secondary forest at Empangan Subang in Puncak Alam, Shah Alam, two weeks ago. The beautiful Altantuya reportedly came to Malaysia on Oct 6 with her younger sister and a cousin to look for the political analyst whom she claimed was the father to her 16-month-old son. She is believed to have come to Malaysia to get financial help from the analyst for her son's medical treatment said to be suffering from "hydrocephalus" (excess fluid on the head).

Following Altantuya's disappearance on Oct 19, her sister and cousin lodged a police report and sought assistance from the Mongolian Embassy in Bangkok. Following the report, police arrested three suspects, who led investigators to a secluded area in Puncak Alam where human skeletal remains, believed to be that of Altantuya's, were found.

November 09, 2006 16:19 PM Lawyer Issues Warning, Cites Subjudice In Mongolian Murder Case

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 9 (Bernama) -- A lawyer warned Thursday it is subjudice and tantamount to contempt of court for anyone to make statements of fact over the murder of a Mongolian woman in Shah Alam two weeks ago.

Datuk Muhammad Shafee Abdulla
h said legal action could be taken against those who touched on the facts of the matter in the murder of Altantuya alias Aminah Shaariibuu at the Subang dam area in Puncak Alam. Muhammad Shafee, who is representing a local political analyst now under remand to help in investigation into the case, said making such statements was unfair because it allowed the public to prejudge the case before a court decision. He spoke to reporters after meeting for about 30 minutes from about noon with the wife and family members of the political analyst at their home in Bukit Bandaraya here. Muhammad Shafee criticised the action of the Mongolian honorary consul in Malaysia, Datuk Syed Abdul Rahman Alhabshi, for issuing a statement to reporters on the case which he claimed touched on his client's position. "That statement should have been brought to court because such action (of issuing a statement to the press) is also considered subjudice," he said. Asked whether he would apply for a court injunction to prohibit the issuing of statements by anyone relating to the case, he said the matter was under discussion. Muhammad Shafee praised the police for conducting the investigation in a professional manner without revealing the facts of the case to anyone. He said so far he had not had the opportunity to discuss matters formally with his client because the analyst was under remand to help with the preliminary investigation into the case. The magistrate's court here yesterday ordered the analyst to be remanded for five days to help in the investigation into the murder under Section 365 of the Penal Code pertaining to abduction and confinement. Muhammad Shafee said he had advised his client to give full cooperation to the police to expedite the investigation as well as to enable him to meet with his client soon to discuss the case.

ABOVE: The Lawyer was seen leaving the suspect house in Damansara Heights after a strategic session with the family

Reporters who had gathered at the house of the political analyst early this morning found the front gate locked and the doors and windows shut though two cars were seen parked at the front. Meanwhile in SHAH ALAM, prosecuting officers from the Attorney-General's Chambers, officers and personnel from Bukit Aman Forensics Department and officers from the Survey and Mapping Department inspected the place again where the Mongolian woman, a 28-year-old freelance model from Ulan Bator, was killed and her body blown up with explosives.

The officers and personnel from Bukit Aman Forensics Department arrived in a four-wheel-drive vehicle and were seen entering the area at about 9am. Fifteen minutes later, the officers from the Survey and Mapping Department arrived in a four-wheel-drive vehicle of the department. Shortly afterwards, a dark blue four-wheel-drive vehicle was seen bringing the prosecuting officers. Their visit to the area is said to be for a closer inspection of the place where Altantunya is believed to have been shot and her body blown up with three grenades. The reporters were prohibited from entering the alleged scene of the crime by plainclothes policemen. An unmarked while (see this SPELLING Check MISTAKE, IF you DON’T Read thru properly) Proton Wira car was parked across the road leading to the area. Altantuya reportedly came to Malaysia on Oct 6 with her younger sister and a cousin to look for the Malaysian man who is said to have had a sexual affair with her which resulted in the birth of a boy, now 16 months old. She is said to have had the affair about two years ago after she met up with the Malaysian in Mongolia. Altantuya is said to have come to Malaysia to ask for money to seek treatment for her son and met the man on Oct 19, the last day that she was seen alive. After Altantuya failed to return to the hotel where they were staying, her younger sister and cousin reported the matter to the police here and sought help from the Mongolian embassy in Bangkok. Following the report, three police personnel, one of them attached to the Special Action Unit, were detained to help in the investigation into the murder. Police then found body parts at the scene of the alleged crime in Puncak Alam. The 46-year-old political analyst was remanded yesterday.

Top political analyst arrested! Explosive end to affair that turned sour; NST
08 Nov 2006; Tony Emmanuel; An affair gone sour. A woman spurned. Blackmail. Murder...Prominent think-tank head and three police personnel likely to be charged today.

KUALA LUMPUR: The country was abuzz yesterday after a prominent political analyst was arrested in connection with the abduction and brutal murder of a Mongolian woman. The New Straits Times understands that Attantuya Shariibu @ Aminah allegedly demanded US$500,000 (RM1.85 million) as payment after he signalled the end of their affair. She claimed that she had given birth to his child and threatened to go public if her demand was not met. After checking and finding her claim to be false, he lodged a police report last month. What happened next is a bit murky but three police personnel — including two from the Special Action Squad — have been arrested and are likely to be charged with murder. It is believed that she was shot execution-style somewhere in Puncak Alam before her body was placed over some explosives and detonated. Using a battery of metal detectors, sniffer dogs and post- blast investigation equipment, police personnel examined a shallow grave and surrounding areas for nearly eight hours. They found a handful of bone fragments. Aminah’s case came to light after Aminah’s sister lodged a missing person’s report on Oct 21. In it, she identified the political analyst as a suspect. Bit by bit, the police dug and managed to put together a mosaic of what took place. They learnt that she and the analyst — who runs a think- tank — were introduced to each other at a party abroad a few years ago. They struck up a relationship and had been seeing each other off and on abroad. Several months ago, the analyst told her that he wanted to end the relationship. Early last month, Aminah, her sister and cousin turned up in Kuala Lumpur. She hired a private investigator to obtain as much information about the analyst. She also bombarded him with SMSes. She attempted to visit him at his office and home in Damansara but was prevented by security staff. The analyst also engaged the services of a security consultant to make sure that she did not continue to harass him. On Oct 19, she showed up outside his home and created a ruckus. Her sister said that Aminah did not return to their hotel in Chinatown and lodged a police report two days later.

08/11: Shock waves over detention of Najib's close aide; By Leslie Lau; The Straits Times.
POLITICAL and intellectual circles here are abuzz with talk of the detention of one of their own in an investigation into the death of a Mongolian woman. Abdul Razak Baginda, who is in his 40s, is a close associate of Malaysian Deputy Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak. He set up the Malaysian Strategic Research Centre (MSRC) in 1993, a private think tank specialising in defence and strategic issues, when Datuk Seri Najib was first appointed Malaysian Defence Minister. He is said to be in the inner circle of Datuk Seri Najib's supporters and aides and has been frequently quoted in Malaysian and international publications.
'I am in shock. I do not know why he has been arrested and how he can be involved,' said a close associate of Mr Abdul Razak, who declined to be named. Mr Abdul Razak is well-known not just in Malaysia but also among the region's many research organisations for his moderate views on politics and security issues. The suggestion of involvement in any extramarital affairs is a shock to many who know the man. Mr Abdul Razak is married with children, and is known to be obsessed with his work in the MSRC. He is also a regular on the lecture and seminar circuit and a talk show host on national television. His qualification as a stellar analyst is backed up by his qualifications. He was previously the Head of Strategic Studies and International Relations at the Armed Forces Defence College here. He is a graduate of King's College London and is a member of the World Economic Forum's (Davos) Global Leaders for Tomorrow as well as the London-based International Institute for Strategic Studies.

Come on ler, dumb reporting wrt a grenade being that powerful. Even a homicide bomber of Tel Aviv with a 10 pound suicide vest often leave his/her head intact and larger fragment of limbs. But then again, maybe a termite grenade - which means definitely something from an army armory.

On the usage of "grenade" in the newsreport: It would be very unjournalistic of him/her to refer to it as a C4/plastic explosives when "grenade" was the exact word used by his/her source(s), wouldn't it? Any correction can always be remedied later with an 'update'.

Had witso done more research before commenting, he/she would also know that a man of Razak's position has access of a variety of explosives. He does not need to "buy" them.

That said, the way the scandal surfaced does smell a lot like red herring.

Entirely possible Baginda's just a 'scapegoat', as meant by anonymous at 9.10pm when he/she said "black sheep" (a direct translation of the Malay kambing hitam, which actually means scapegoat?)

I think that there will be a COVER UP. For SURE!

Razak Baginda is a 'fishing' buddy of Najib!! They 'buaya' together!

Najib will save RB so that his dirty secrets are kept safe! Khairy/AAB will save RB so that they can control Najib! Malaysia is guaranteed it's stability and nobody ill challenge the PM, DPM and future PM/SIL!

Razak Baginda is one naughty man. He knows how to have fun but don't know how to own-up. As usual he will be acquitted by the court of justice. And justice is for all who have money to pay Good Lawyers who know how to handle the judges...make the judges listen to what they want to hear only. The victim was dead due to someone's crime but not the accused. Remember the Perlis girl murdered last year? The lover was acquitted and now living happily with his family. And yes, that guy has to down on his wife daily as a ritual for his wife's alibi and backing during the trial.

Before we could pin point Baginda's guilt.. i STRONGLY believe that under this current team of Datuk Musa Hassan,a.k.a under Badawi's TRANSPARENCY system (mind u, not necessarily included DPM), Justice will Prevail and that Nothing is above the Law regardless whether it involved a VVIP people. i do have a faith under Datuk Musa's authorisation unlike the previous Tan Sri Rahim Noor a.k.a, under the Tun Mahathir's dirty choronicles.
Lets not be "BLINDED" by all the facts, theoritically..on the surface of the facts, one may quickly want to assume that Baginda's responsible for this murder.
But by looking holistically and carefully the NATURE of the BRUTALLY murdered itself, one's mind may triggered that this case does not only involved a PERSONAL AFFAIRS between Baginda and Altantuya, but it smells that the victim may have some kind of POLITICAL THREAD on her.
ie, its not merely about their illicit affairs, sick child, cash, blaikmailing,bla,bla.. it involved more than that, a lot of HIDDEN shocking things that we are yet not aware of..a.k.a, more like a "MARILYN MONROE" case where she was murdered by the Russian's militant agent after they found out of her secret affairs with J.F.K and thought that she might share some of confidential secrets to the President.

In addition, after having this torrid affair which Baginda had spent so much money, what led to this sudden break up and downward spiral of the relationship that lead to such a violent death? Plenty of rich UMNO MP'S with mistress problem do not have to lead to violence.
Considering his PATRON is Najib who has an even worst torrid history,..Oh yess (we are not aware of cos it was off record).. what the hell was he thinking?
Bear in mind that this case involved A LOT of PARTIES,ie, Baginda's wife investigators, Baginda's investigators, Altantuya's investigators and perhaps DPM choronicles as well. dont be surprise that Baginda may not whatsoever know about this whole WELL-PLAN murder.

Abdul Razak Baginda's face is no stranger to the television screen. A man who looked so nice because he is so educated and if it is proven he blasted the model's body, then it means we have so many ruling shits above us !!!

Lets not be BLINDED by the facts from the media yet!

Dont put a person in a trial yet by what we've read so far!

The truth is yet to come, i firmly believe (by doing ur own thinking and carefully study bout this case), Baginda cpuld have been FRAMED & SET UP IN THIS WHOLE MESS.
ITS THE WORK OF A THIRD PARTY. WE DONT KNOW WHO'S THE REAL "MASTERMIND" CULPRIT YET

Abdul Razak is not suspect here, he wouldn't made the complaint if he was in a idea to kill and blew up her,

the real suspect should be his wife.

Aminah threathen and being watchec by Abdul Razak's wife, and hired the murderer.

The real murderer behind all this is Abdul Razak's wife.
